Digital signal surveys

Due to ever increasing fuel and labour costs it has become necessary to make a small charge for visits to check digital signal strength using a spectrum analyser meter or to diagnose and fix small faults.

We charge £30 plus vat which includes the travel to and the first 15 minutes at your property. Any parts that are used are charged accordingly but customers will ALWAYS be advised of any additional cost before the work is carried out.

In the event of an Aerial installation going ahead WITHIN THE SAME VISIT the callout charge will be included in the cost of the work done..
